Coach Jimmy Rivas’ awarded ‘A’ License by USSF!

June 14, 2011

Coach Jimmy Rivas, Head Coach for NJ Stallions Academy U12B and 15G, was awarded his USSF ‘A’ License this past Spring.  Coach Rivas, joins a growing list of coaches at NJ Stallions Academy who have elevated their USSF licensing from ‘B’  to the highest level ‘A’.

Jimmy’s playing career began in Peru at a young age which brought him to the Peruvian U23 National team in 1996.  After which Jimmy saw the pro ranks at Deporto Municipal and then to Aris in Greece, eventually landing with NJ Stallions as a member of the mens pro team from 2000-2002.   Jimmy’s time as a youth coach in the state of New Jersey has allowed some very good clubs such as Ironbound Newark, Pasco Stallions, and Boys & Girls Club in Wayne, the chance to have him develop great players, both boys and girls, who have gone on to play at very high level collegiate programs here in the US.

General Manager, Rich Gentile, and Director of Coaching, Marcelo Fracchia continue to set the bar high for all the NJ Stallions Academy coaches, and along with the entire NJ Stallions Academy family, they wish Coach Jimmy a much deserved congratulations, for his hard work in earning his  ‘A’ License; the highest license USSF awards coaches in the United States.
